SB184 Does not share a file containing confidential information
Sharing files containing confidential information might increase the risk that unauthorised individuals see or access information that should not have. This could breach company data protection policy and expose business critical information.
Why is it important?
Confidential information should only be shared with those who need to know, and must be protected according to the relevant data protection legislation. Confidential information in the wrong hands puts the organisation – and individuals – at risk of financial and reputational harm.
Priority Tier
Behaviours in SebDB are ranked by their impact on risk. Tier 1 behaviours have the biggest impact, Tier 4 behaviours the least.
