SB192a Does not disable MFA on Slack
Disabling MFA on Slack increases the risk of an unauthorised person gaining access to your account if they know your password.
Why is it important?
Multi-factor authentication increases account security from 50% to 99%. Disabling multi-factor authentication cuts security in half, significantly increasing the ease with which threat actors can breach accounts. This would give cybercriminals access to all information and conversations linked to your Slack account.
Priority Tier
Behaviours in SebDB are ranked by their impact on risk. Tier 1 behaviours have the biggest impact, Tier 4 behaviours the least.
